These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Not My Problem website at notmyproblem.uk (the "Site") and your engagement with any services provided by Not My Problem Ltd ("Not My Problem", "NMP", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17244388), whose registered address is 2 Orchard Close, Birtley, Chester-le-Street, England, DH3 1PD.

By accessing or using the Site, or by booking or proceeding with any service offered by Not My Problem, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Site or engage our services.

1. About Us and How to Contact Us

1.1 Not My Problem Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17244388.

1.2 You can contact us by email at info@notmyproblem.uk. We aim to respond to all enquiries within one calendar month, though we will endeavour to respond sooner where possible.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, available at notmyproblem.uk, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.

2. Use of Our Website

2.1 You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation, or that is fraudulent, harmful or objectionable.

2.2 You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious or technologically harmful material. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to the Site.

2.3 You must not use any automated tools, bots or scraping technologies to extract content or data from the Site without our prior written consent.

2.4 You may link to our home page provided you do so in a way that is fair, legal and does not damage or take advantage of our reputation. You must not frame the Site on any other website, or create a link to any part of the Site other than the home page, without our prior written consent.

2.5 We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available or that access will be uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict availability of the Site at any time for business or operational reasons.

2.6 The content on the Site is provided for general information only and does not constitute advice. You should not rely on it as a substitute for professional or specialist advice.

3. Our Services

3.1 Not My Problem provides AI-powered business assessment services. Our standard service includes a free AI Assessment, during which we review your business operations and identify opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence and software tools, followed by a personalised Assessment Report and a review call to present our findings.

3.2 The free AI Assessment is offered at no charge. By booking and proceeding with an assessment, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Terms of Business, available on request or provided at the point of engagement.

3.3 Additional services beyond the standard assessment, including automation builds, AI knowledge systems, custom chatbot development, workflow optimisation and ongoing consultancy, are subject to separate proposals and written agreements. No additional service will commence without a confirmed agreement in place.

3.4 Not My Problem reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion, including where a request falls outside our areas of expertise or where we consider the engagement unsuitable.

3.5 We also offer website design and build services. For a fixed fee, we design, write, build and publish a website for your business. The scope of each project is agreed with you before any work begins.

3.6 Website projects start from £499 as a one-off fee. We confirm the exact price with you after your enquiry and before work commences. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the fee covers the design, written content, search and AI-visibility setup, and publishing of your website as scoped.

3.7 We aim to deliver a completed website within seven days of our initial discussion, provided you supply the information, materials and approvals we need in good time. Where those are delayed, the timescale may extend accordingly.

3.8 We include revisions to your website until you are happy with it, within the scope of the project as agreed. Requests that go beyond the original scope may be subject to an additional fee, which we will agree with you in advance.

3.9 We will confirm payment terms with you before work begins. We may withhold publishing or handing over the completed website until the agreed fee has been paid in full.

3.10 Once the fee has been paid in full, ownership of the final published website and its content passes to you. This does not include any third-party components, fonts, stock assets, plugins or software, which remain subject to their own licences, or our own underlying tools, templates and methods, which remain our property.

3.11 Hosting, ongoing maintenance and future updates are not included in the standard fee. Where you would like us to provide them, we will agree the arrangements and any costs with you separately.

4. Booking, No-Shows and Cancellation

4.1 Free AI Assessments are arranged by enquiry. When you submit an enquiry through our website or contact us by email, we will get in touch to agree a suitable date and time for your assessment call. By submitting an enquiry you confirm your agreement to these Terms.

4.2 If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing info@notmyproblem.uk. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests subject to availability.

4.3 If you fail to attend a scheduled assessment call without providing prior notice, we reserve the right to decline to rebook the session. Repeated no-shows may result in us declining to offer further free assessments.

4.4 Not My Problem reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an assessment where necessary due to illness, technical failure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable and offer an alternative appointment.

5. AI Tools and Results Disclaimer

5.1 Not My Problem uses AI tools, including large language models, as part of our assessment methodology. By proceeding with an assessment, you acknowledge and consent to your information being processed through these tools as part of service delivery.

5.2 All recommendations, time-saving estimates, financial projections and implementation guidance contained in the Assessment Report are based on the information available at the time of assessment and represent our professional opinion. They are not guarantees of any specific outcome. Actual results will depend on a range of factors outside our control, including how you implement the recommendations.

5.3 The capabilities, pricing and availability of third-party AI tools and software recommended in any Assessment Report are determined entirely by their respective providers and are subject to change at any time. Not My Problem accepts no responsibility for changes made by third-party providers after the date of your assessment, including changes to pricing, functionality, terms of service or availability.

5.4 Not My Problem is not a legal, financial, accounting or regulated adviser. Nothing on the Site or in any Assessment Report constitutes legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You should seek appropriate professional advice before making decisions in those areas.

6. Acceptable Use of Assessment Outputs

6.1 Your Assessment Report is produced for your own internal business use only. You may share it internally within your organisation, but you may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell or otherwise commercialise it without our prior written consent.

6.2 You must not use the Assessment Report or any findings, recommendations or insights from your engagement with Not My Problem to brief, instruct or facilitate a third-party provider to deliver services that are the same as or substantially similar to those offered by Not My Problem, without our prior written consent.

6.3 You must not share the Assessment Report with any competitor of yours or of Not My Problem, or use it in any way that is intended to harm Not My Problem's commercial interests.

6.4 Any information, data or materials you provide to Not My Problem during the assessment process remain your property. You grant Not My Problem a limited licence to use those materials solely for the purpose of delivering your assessment and report.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including our methodology, frameworks, processes, templates, written content, graphics and branding. All such rights are reserved.

7.2 You may view and print content from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7.3 You must not use our name, logo, branding or trademarks in any way that suggests association, endorsement or approval by Not My Problem without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8.2 Where we provide the AI Assessment free of charge, we exclude all financial liability to you to the fullest extent permitted by law in connection with your use of the Site or the free assessment. You acknowledge that the free assessment is provided without charge and you accept it entirely at your own risk, subject only to clause 8.1.

8.3 We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or that arises from your misuse of the Site or your failure to follow our recommendations appropriately.

8.4 We exclude all liability for the content, availability or performance of any third-party websites, tools or services linked to or referenced from the Site or any Assessment Report.

8.5 We do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Site securely and for using appropriate virus protection software.

9. Third-Party Links

9.1 The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for your convenience and information only. We do not endorse, control or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party sites.

9.2 Any third-party tools or services referenced in our Assessment Report or on the Site are independent of Not My Problem. Your use of those tools is subject to their own terms and conditions, and we accept no responsibility for them.

10. Privacy

10.1 We take the privacy of your personal data seriously. How we collect, use, store and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy, available at notmyproblem.uk.

10.2 By using the Site or engaging our services, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms
